Delivery within Ukraine
RAĀ FORMS ships orders via Nova Poshta. Dispatch is completed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

International Delivery
RAĀ FORMS delivers worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus. 

Express delivery: please allow 2–7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be dispatched.
Complimentary delivery: we offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over €800.

Shipping rates:
• For orders up to €600 — €30
• For orders from €600 to €700 — €20
• For orders from €700 to €800 — €10

We partner exclusively with trusted delivery services, including DHL, GLS, and Nova Poshta.

RAĀ FORMS is not responsible for additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country, nor for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. Before placing an international order, please ensure you are familiar with your country’s customs and import regulations.

Upon request, international dispatch may be postponed for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
